You know what you have to do each day. Get your tasks accomplished and don't wait to do them tomorrow.
When you create a good company culture, people won't come to work because they have to, they'll come because they want to.
Keep looking for a door to walk through. If it's not the right one, that's okay, just find another one. Take advantage of the opportunities that you're given!
Without systems in a company, what do you get? Chaos.
Clear and transparent. There's no confusion in my company, when we talk to our employees we are upfront so we all know our roles and what we need to do to move forward.
A good leader directs people in the right path so that everyone can work towards a common goal.
Look for opportunities to grow your business and ask the question, "How can I do [this thing] better?" If you're happy with the size of your business, then become more efficient, but keep moving forward.
I know it sounds simple, but you have to set a goal if you want to accomplish it. Start out small and take it one step at a time. This has worked for me to be successful, and it will work for you too.
I respect my employees, I respect my clients, and I respect myself. Because of that, I have confidence. Set goals and accomplish them and start to build your confidence! You can 100% do it!
What's the most important part of a wheel? The answer is all parts are equally important. If you don't have a certain part of a wheel, it can't serve its purpose. We all need to be working together towards a goal if we want to be successful.
